About Wedgewood Fernando's Pizza

The roots of Wedgewood Pizza are rich in tradition. From its establishment in 1967 by Patsy Acconcia, a famous New York Chef, and Gerry Bianco, a highly skilled baker, the name Wedgewood Pizza has been synonymous with the highest quality. This tradition of high quality has become the cornerstone of Wedgewood Fernando's Pizza. The focus is always on using the finest ingredients available. Everything is prepared from scratch to exact standards. The Boardman, Ohio store opened in 1995 Anthony Pellegrini. Anthony worked with his Uncle Fernando Riccioni for over 17 years at his uncle's store. Due to the high demand for Wedgewood pizza, Fernando granted Anthony the first franchise to service customers from the other side of the Mahoning Valley

First time coming here and I was more than satisfied. Ordered an 8" Rose's special and was fantastic. Also they are not stingy with the toppings. 🫢😋😋😋😋😋

Got two large peps. Thin and thick. The thin was so good. Thicker crust overpowers toppings, thin balances out perfect. And trust me, I know pizza. Thin is the way!

Amazing pizza! And now that they offer a thin crust version, it's even better 🤤🤤

First time eating here, my daughter (extremely picky eater) and I decided on going here after using Gemini to compare pizza joints in Youngstown. Holy crap! THE best pizza I've ever had. Beer is served right away, and pizza took about 15 minutes after ordering. Piping hot, crispy thick crust and doughy center. Plenty of seating, and easy in and out. It's worth taking a road trip to go back. We WILL be back!

We wanted to try a different place for pizza on Friday night to take home. We looked to on Google and this place had the highest reviews. Now we know why. Or was great! We will definitely be a repeat customer.
